Sie liegt nahe dem BELVEDERE bzw. auch ins Stadtzentrum sind es nur ca. 1,5km. Optimale Verkehrsanbindung. Es ist das eine tolle Wohngegend in Wien. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und Parkettboden, hat ein extra Schlafzimmer (Bett 160x200) und im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafcouch (160x200).
