Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

This amazing and peaceful house is great for a city escape. Surrounded by greenery and only 5 min by car from the beach, it has everything for a relaxed holiday. Enjoy the hot tub, relax on sun bed, prepare a BBQ for a dinner on the terrace, or go for a walk in surrounding hills. The house is well equipped, but if you need anything, our family lives close by and can assist you at any time. Parking is free and we do recommend arriving with a vehicle, it's more convenient during the summer heat.
