This spacious and high standard apartment guarantees the perfect vacation. From the first minute you will feel more relaxed and welcome. Bright colors, clear structures and small details will let you enjoy this timeless and mediterranean place. This is the biggest suite out of 3 and located on the 1st floor. Private entrance and large private terrace, incl a barbecue and a fridge with ice maker. 3 BR provide enough space for a party of up to 6 persons. Spacious apartments with high standard furniture and interior. Very quiet and nice neighborhood close to a very nice beach (Strozanac). Green garden with big pool area and flowers. 1 master bedroom with separate bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. Side by side refrigerator with ice maker. 2 separate outside terraces for breakfast and sun beds. Sat TV and Wifi included. Apartments, Balcony, Breakfast Terrace, Pool, Garden, Parking My parents are usually staying on the top floor, so they can help out with any question or problem. They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor. Golf and a five-star hotel and casino are nearby, and Split center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. - Direct Bus to/from Split harbor (Bus #30 and #60; 600m from house) - Rental car or own car can be an advantage - Shuttle service (e.g. airport) can be provided upon request - Taxi (1-4 persons) from Split Center to House ~13€ = 15$ (5-6 persons for ~20€) - UBER is also very easy to find and fairly priced Price depending on group and can vary, please ask if something is unclear

Kuća se nalazi na zemljištu od 1500 m2, a od najbližeg susjeda je udaljena 100 m što vam omogućava punu privatnost. Ispred kuće uz privatni, grijani, panoramski bazen, dostupan od sredine travnja do kraja listopada, nalaze se prostrane uređene, otkrivene i natkrivene terase. Parking slobodan.

Lovely place. Middle apartment on the second floor. Bit secluded, unlike east and west unit. Amazing view on the sea and distant islands. It has kitchen combined with living area, bathroom, sleeping room with doublebed, plus 1 foldable sofa which can be stretched into a comfy bed. Broad balcony with 2 chairs and a table is a cute place for dining in the summer breeze. Beach is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Its placed near airport, Split and Trogir. Bus station is below the house.

You are located 30 m from the main promenade and 50 m from the entrance to the Cellars of the Diocletian’s palace. On the square itself and all around it you can find museums, restaurants, bars and shops with groceries. When you stay in this apartment, you are in the short walking distance of everything you might need. If you are coming before check in time, we will organize luggage storage for free so you can enjoy in city whit out your luggage, same thing whit check out :)
