There is room for trucks, trailers, UTV and SxS, just 3 miles off of US 93. In the midst of Grand Canyon West Skywalk, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, Laughlin, and Historic Route 66, Kingman AZ. There are hiking and 4x4 adventures. You may even get a glimpse of a pair of owls quenching their thirst at the end of a hot day.

Roomy, comfortable, renovated house, super clean, new beds and linens. Location is perfect, river, beach, boat ramp and Rotary park is across the street. Extra large garage for river toys. Boat may fit in garage depending on size. All amenities includes washer dryer, internet and Roku TV. Stocked with coffee, cooking oil, waters, salt and pepper, laundry soap, softner bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer. Secure home. Back yard and front security cameras.

our guest house is close to casinos,rivers,lake with a wild west ghost town on the property we are 2 minutes from mountain desert trails,we are up in the mountain area of bullhead city,very quiet neighbor hood and safe and scenic at C&M RANCH,bring your boat,rv or desert toys, we have great trail riding,great lakes and rivers and gambling,dining and more,we have no stove but we have a large electric frying pan,double burner hot plate ,microwave,and a large propane BBQ in backyard
