We designed this apartment to be open, with lots of natural light as we both remotely work. The bedroom has simplicity to help give you rest from the busy days of exploration. About this space Avocado Tree Serviced Apartment is located in Kathmandu, at Nagarjung, a peaceful residential area. This area is the most environment-friendly area of Kathmandu. It's a quite place, though not far from the city centre. There are supermarkets, groceries, cafes, banks and ATM and public transport within 5 minutes walking. The apartment is in our family house with a friendly and peaceful family vibe, yet you have your privacy in your flat. The rooftop offers excellent views.

We are a 5-minute walk north of Thamel, but yet in a relatively quiet and welcoming lane with houses of relatives and extended families.
