Glavna soba potpuno je odvojena od ostatka kuće i s prozora se pruža prekrasan pogled na zaliv. Kuća ima kuhinju s blagovaonicom, blagovaonicu i dva dnevna boravka.S 2 stubišta koja razdvajaju spavaće sobe, kuća je savršena za dvije obitelji.
