This 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids; twin bunk beds in the kid room, a full size bed in the second bedroom, and a king in the master. There are 2 full baths, full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen.

Located in Ponca City, but close to other towns including: Pawhuska: 44 miles Stillwater: 44 miles Wichita: 78 miles OKC: 90 miles Tulsa: 98 This is the perfect house to stay while exploring Ponca City and surrounding areas. It is pet friendly and offers plenty of parking, including boat and trailer parking.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Eateries and shopping within 1 mile. House is fully updated with a mid-century vibe. An adorable green house with a nice modern interior! Sleep well on 2 nice queen beds with brand new, top of the line mattress! Sit back and relax with a 65” TV or enjoy cooking a meal with a well stocked kitchen. This house is located on Grand Ave just a few blocks away from beautiful downtown Ponca. It’s also very close to the P66 refinery. If you need a baby crib set up just let me know and I will have one for you!
