There is an electric washer and dryer shared with the house that you are welcome to use. We do have bodyboards, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for guests to use.

The unit is about 550 sq/ft and it has a nice size lanai .The unit has its own bbq grill and beach toys. A kitchen with the essentials and a small dining area.
