There are many ocean view condos in Kona but only a few beach front. This is a rare find. This area was home to the king and there are many ancient ruins on the grounds. Enjoy the turtles on the beach and whales, dolphins and manta rays. Bedroom window is like being in an aquarium! My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. This 3 bedroom 1 bath condo flat is located just two blocks away from Ali'i drive and about a 7 minute walk to public shoreline access. It is a new remodel from floor to ceiling and is very simply decorated. All new stainless steel appliances and a full kitchen allow ease for meal prep and entertaining during your stay. There is an electric washer and dryer shared with the house that you are welcome to use. We do have bodyboards, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for guests to use.

This lovely townhouse is only 60 feet from the shoreline & our recently renovated pool. *** Portable Air- Conditioning (AC) is available in both bedrooms (ONLY) - No added fee. There is NO air-conditioning on ground level; we have ceiling and pedestal fan/s if needed to promote air movement. Twins or King bed configuration in 2nd bdrm - Ask! $25 Change Fee. Also, there is a play-yard and booster seat for the little travelers. Dedicated parking spot for our guests next to unit!

This is a beautiful 2 Bedrooom / 2 Bath townhouse directly on the oceanfront at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. This is a gated community with 4 lighted pickleball/ 3 tennis courts, swimming pool, and community BBQ & picnic areas. NOTE: There is no air conditioning in the unit. There is a nice breeze from the ocean with the windows open and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a stand-up fan, if desired. At night it can be cool with the ceiling fan and you might need a blanket!
