Tea, coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.
