À deux pas de la mer, le Borlicoco tire son nom des escargots sur la plage et de l'escalier en colimaçon. Les levers de soleil sur l'île de Cocagne sont à couper le souffle, et on peut observer les bateaux voguer en se prélassant sur l'une des deux terrasses. Le chalet comporte une chambre double et un futon confortable, ainsi qu'une cuisine bien équipée.
