This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Situated on the site of the Prestigious Sora Gun Club, this historic 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Baths light-filled home with magnificent great room has classical details and distinctive appointments. One of the 4 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath is in the 2 story guest house.

Welcome to Mary's Place! Wait until you see the amazing views from the roof deck, which overlooks the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. The Sunsets are spectacular, and it's a bird watchers dream! Mary's Place has a large screened porch and a large outdoor shower. Enjoy walks on the beach along the Delaware Bay, which is directly across the street. Bikes are available for your enjoyment. Dogfish Brewery and several restaurants are less than 10 miles away in the town of Milton.

Looking for a unique stay in Delaware? Check out our Edgar Allan Poe themed house. 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath in an historic house built in the late 1800’s. In the heart of beautiful downtown Milford, you’ll be able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the historic Riverwalk. **THERE IS NOT A FULL KITCHEN IN THIS UNIT, just a very basic kitchenette. There is a microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster oven available for your convenience.

Our large, comfortable, pet friendly beach house well suited to families and mellow friend groups is 2 lots from a crescent beach that you can walk for miles in either direction, offers some water views from the top of the steps and one bedroom. We have a sandy area under the house with beach chairs, SUP & 4 adult bikes in beach closet that opens with the house key for your stay. Gather together in the great room at days end.
