Please note there’s building in a nearby field so occasionally some noise may be heard during the daytime. EV charger available on request.

The Stables is a pretty detached bungalow situated in the historic village of Appledore, surrounded by vineyards and farmland, which hosts a village pub, general store/post office, tearoom, church, hair salon, park, and antique shop. Close to the market towns of Tenterden and Rye. The coast is a 15 minute drive, ideal for country walks. Many public footpaths and the Saxon Way. Popular with cyclists and wine lovers. Private off road parking. Pets are welcome. We have 1 dog and a cat.

The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway
