This beautiful house is a real gem. A minute's walk from blue flag, sandy Kells Beach, it gives you rural charm but with all mod cons. With no weed-killer used on the property, there is plenty of insect and bird life. In the autumn there are beautiful organic apples in the orchard. We suggest you slow down. Relax. Head to the beach with your towel, or turn right out of the gate and walk, with beautiful views of Kells and Dingle Bay. For golfers, Dooks and Waterville are both half an hour away.

The property was recently renovated to make holiday- makers as comfortable as possible without loosing the essential character of the house. The large airy kitchen, with fitted and free-standing units retains its farmhouse feel but is well stocked with all the essentials. The cosy sitting room has an open fire, smart TV and plenty of books. All 3 bedrooms have firm and comfy mattresses, eco-duvets and Irish wool blankets. Electric shower upstairs and pumped shower in the downstairs bathroom.

You can smell the sea air and just listen to nature. The cottage is classic contemporary with luxury and pure comfort to meet your needs. There is a good size garden for relaxation, and there is also a 13ft trampoline for a little bounce for that youthful feeling. What I love is the comfort and the tranquility of countryside.
