There is unlimited NBN, so you can stay connected, in the peace of nature Next door is the shared Sunny kitchen, with a BBQ, a handmade dining table and wonderful views to the sacred Mumbulla Mountain. The water you can hear flowing into the lily pond is home to frogs who will serenade your quiet walks out into the starry night..

Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.
