An easy 10 minutes from the town of Golden, our completely unique, elegant, extremely romantic, custom built, all season yurt and modern shower house Note: There is a new build happening on the rural property beside us for summer 2026. This new community in Golden is called called Bearspaw Heights. It is perched above Golden at the base of the storied Mount Seven, yet close enough to walk to every amenity within 15 minutes.

In the summertime, enjoy several mountain biking and hiking trails. In the winter, enjoy a small piece of heaven with some of the best ski trails a resort has to offer. My apartment is located approximately 5 minutes from the bottom of the lift.
