It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a private entrance. In just 2 minutes drive you are at the stunning Avoca Beach what is book-ended by two spectacular headlands, a paradise for lovers of sand, sun and surf. Just a 7 minute drive takes you to Terrigal, where you can drop into one of the rooftop bars or restaurants

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
