Local pub is very welcoming and serves lovely food. station 5 mins, market town of saffron walden 10 mins, Stansted airport 15 mins and Cambridge 30 mins drive. we have 2 dogs.

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

Located just outside Kimbolton 'The Old Stables' is the perfect place to relax. It has 2 king bedrooms with a feature roll top bath. It is spacious yet very comfortable. Offering ample living and dining areas, modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen overlooking a pretty courtyard garden. An idyllic location on the edge of the beautiful historic village offering local amenities including a local store, chemist, boutique, and flower shop. The perfect relaxed weekend away.

Three storey, mid terraced Edwardian house opposite The Walks of Kings Lynn, a Regency park. Ten minute walk from the town centre, train and bus station. Street parking, Wi-fi available, solar panels supplementing the hot water. Sorry, no space for dogs or under 2 yr olds. Please check map, we are Tennyson road, not Avenue, which is the other side of the railway line. We have a twin room aswell which means a group of 4 can stay with the bathroom between the 2 rooms.

You have a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden.
