This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

Shoreline is a unique 2 bedroom house, with each room benefiting from spectacular views of the Humber. It is located with fantastic access links to the Humber Bridge (5 minutes) , Hessle (5 minutes) & Hull (10 minutes). Ideally suited for contractor's & long term. There is parking available at the property with one space behind the house and also abundant free parking adjacent. The property has a front garden, where you can sit back and enjoy watching the local wildlife and boats pass by.

The Stables - North Ferriby

The Stables is a charming property located at the heart of the lovely village North Ferriby. The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor.
