The peaceful Bali Residence house Villa Saimaa offers a great setting for a relaxing holiday. Please note that electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual consumption (7 THB/kWh). The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The living room has a sofa bed. There are six beds in total. This 2 floor, high western standard, 6 bedrooms house is suitable for a large family with kids or 2 families together. The resort has beautiful garden with pool, padel court (half price for guests), facilities for other ball sports etc shared with only 4 other houses. House keeping included 120 meters away is a wonderful calm and endless beach with very few tourists. Several restaurants and Spas in the neighbourhood. The house is for sale.
