Die Wohnung liegt im OG und ist über einen eigenen Treppenaufgang erreichbar. Sie ist für 2 Pers. geeignet, kann um ein Zusatzbett für ein Kind erweitert werden (Babybett, Wickeltisch und Kinderhochstuhl bei Bedarf vorhanden). Die 38 qm große Wohnung hat ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und WC (Fön, Handtücher und Duschutensilien vorhanden). Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank. Ein 1,60 m breites Bett sowie ein Schlafsofa sind vorhanden. TV und WLAN sind verfügbar.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Unsere renovierte Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und umfasst ca. 65 qm. Sie ist im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1x190/200; 1x140/200), Wohn-Essbereich, Küche (voll ausgestattet), Dusche, WC, Balkon, Sat-TV, Musikanlage, WLAN, Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl. Parkplätze in der Nähe. BITTE BEACHTEN: Sofern zwei Gäste beide Schlafzimmer beanspruchen, erheben wir einen zusätzlichen Aufschlag von 12 € pro Nacht.

Ruhige, im Wohngebiet liegende, 40qm Unterkunft, mit eigenem Bad und Ankleidezimmer und vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Über eine Treppe kommen Sie in die Wohnung, in der Wohnung ist alles barrierefrei. 15 min Fussweg erreicht man die Innenstadt Spaichingen , mit allen was man braucht ( Boutiquen, Discountern, Frisöre, Ärtze, Apotheken, Restaurants ) Bei 5 Min Fussweg erreicht man direkt ein gutes italienisches Restaurant. Bitte keine Buchungen von Jugendgruppen.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unserem Wohnhaus in ruhiger Nachbarschaft am Ortsrand von Tuningen. Sie ist durch einen eigenen Hauseingang erreichbar und verfügt über einen privaten PKW-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt.
