Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts. Villa Roberta, Spartia, Kefalonia

Luxury Villa with peerless sea views, set almost at the tip of the Liakis peninsular, with infinity pool and views across the sea towards Zante. A rocky platform down by the sea, and furnished with sun beds and parasols is accessed via a short footpath. Swim and snorkel in crystal clear water. A sandy beach is just a short 5 mins drive away. A well laid out, beautifully finished Villa, the outside really steals the show with a variety of areas from which to enjoy those views, day and night.

Kalamies Apartments - by secluded beach - Apt 2

A beautiful secluded beach and a lush garden make this an ideal island getaway for those in search of a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature. In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Cavaliere Seafront Suite - Klio

Cavaliere Seafront Suites are located at the most central part of the quiet and charming village of Sami, in the center of Kefalonia, making it an ideal location for exploring our beautiful island. Klio a spacious open plan suiteideal for 2 guests, where you can have a relaxing time by enjoying a comfortable sleep; have a coffee and/or a drink at a nice and cozy balcony above the sea. The apartment is recently fully renovated (2024) in order to meet the highest expectations.

Lardigo Apartments - Blue Sea

Just 1 km from Argostoli, the islands capital, and 10 mins from the Airport you'll find Lassi. A popular destination with anything you should require like restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets all within reach. ATM's and car or bike rentals are all within walking distance as are the golden sand crystal clear water beaches. Enjoy the breathtaking views, the beautiful established flower gardens and a sandy cove which is accessible through the garden and down a few steps.

The ground floor house "AQUAMARINE" can host up to 4 guests and an infant. The main feature of this property is the stunning view of the horizon and the sea from every corner of the house. Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.

The villa offers two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and one (1) 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has it's own private entrance and a parking spot. Our villa is the perfect getaway. The apartments are comfortable and the views stunning. Right below there's a crystal clear non organized beach. Only 10min away by the shore you can access restaurants and beach bars at Megas Lakkos beach.
