Located on a 2-acre oasis in the heart of Dresden Village, we are miles away from the stresses of the outside world, but close enough to walk shops and restaurants. The historic restored 1830s farmhouse is the oldest home in Dresden, but stocked with all the modern amenities, including a kitchen a cook will love, wifi, firepit, screenporch, and gazebo. Sleeping up to 13, it is the perfect setting for a group, with 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, smart tv, and electric fireplace.

This is a SHARED home! We are a busy family on 12 acres very close to downtown Delaware and 30 minutes from Columbus. We are an "as-is" home...nothing fancy, but a place to sleep, a friendly family, and eggs & toast if desired. We have dogs, cats , rabbits, bees & chickens. You can collect eggs, pet the bunnies and observe the bees and purchase their honey. During this phase of life we can offer a 2nd floor bonus room that can sleep up to 5 with a SHARED full bathroom.

Cassie’s room is one of our larger rooms, with great amenities . On the 2nd floor at the rear of the building, this room overlooks the village green and the beautiful homes of Park Place on one side and the patio and gardens on the other. This room features a large bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub, plus a private balcony! This room also has original hardwood floors, a queen size bed, custom window treatments, a flat screen TV, and internet access.

Luftberg Farm B&B Oak Room

This large 255 sq ft room is one of 5 available at the B&B. It has a queen bed with a full trundle under it (Set up fee for trundle use is $25/stay). It can accommodate up to 4 people, although use of the trundle makes the room crowded. The Oak Room can be reserved by itself or as the Oak Room Suite with the adjoining room which contains a three/quarter bed, a day bed and a crib, as well as a trundle bed suitable for a small child.

The Tappan House B&B Justin's Kinkade Room

This room has a king size bed . This room has a attached bathroom with shower. We have always loved Thomas Kinkade's pictures and we knew that we had to decorate a room with his inspirations. When you walk into this room you get to enjoy one of his famous paintings surround you. One of most treasured pieces comes not from Thomas Kinkade himself but from a man named Robert Layne.

This large bright and airy 227 square foot room is 1 of 5 rooms available at Luftberg Farm B&B. It has a queen wall bed and a sitting alcove. The bathroom, 2 steps outside your door, is shared only if the Oak Room/Suite is booked. A full country breakfast for 2 people is included.
