The location of the house also makes it an ideal home-base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijam’s natural center. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.

If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead. Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.
