Only minutes walk to the picturesque beaches within Komiza .

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

The apartment offers a peaceful accommodation because it is situated a little above the vibrant village, it's noisy beaches, noise of open-air parties, restaurants and yachts in the harbour(only 10 min walking to the centre and 5min to the first beach). The advantage of such a position is unique panoramic view both from the apartment itself and from it's spacious terrace. It overlooks the sea on one side,and on the other side a 13th century Monastery, beautiful lit at night.

Our house is located near the sea and a pebble beach, and near the town center. The apartment has two rooms that are each equipped with 2 double beds. The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.

The apartment is set in a beautiful and tranquil bay Parja, about 3,5km outside of town. Steps down to the private deck on the sea. Great location for relaxing, swimming, walking, and cycling. Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house right next to the sea which has 60 years of hospitality tradition in Komiza. We hosted famous actors, musicians, diplomats and politicians. It has fully equipped kitchen,one bedroom, living room with sleeping area, toilet and beautiful balcony with an amazing view on sea and Bisevo island. Our charming and cozy one bedroom apartment is located in the ground floor of the one hundred years old house in the quiet street some 30 metres from the sea. Court yard with wooden chairs and table covered with wild grape tree is the real chill zone.
