Apartment is in the peaceful area on the third, top floor of an old stone house right at the seafront. It boasts with a view all over Komiža bay. It is within a 5min walk from the promenade, just above the beach and three excellent restaurants. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room and a bathroom. It is equipped with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer, AC, ceiling fan in bedroom and wi-fi. The possibility of using a double seated kayak comes with renting the apartment.

The apartment offers a peaceful accommodation because it is situated a little above the vibrant village, it's noisy beaches, noise of open-air parties, restaurants and yachts in the harbour(only 10 min walking to the centre and 5min to the first beach). The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.

The apartment is located close to the center of Komiza old town. It is up on the hillside and in quiet neighbourhood and a short walk down takes you to the Riva. Riva is the main hang out area for the locals as well as tourists where bars, cafes, shops, line up and you can sit & enjoy coffee/beers surrounded by rustique buildings of the charming fisherman’s town and the view of the beautiful harbour and Adriatic sea.

The family Jaksa, whose coat of arms is located at the entrance, belonged to the nobility of Hvar, Vis and Split and played an important role in the history of the islands of Vis and Hvar. The apartment is part of Jaksa's palace from the 17th century

Apartman Riva 1

It is a stone house with apartments situated on the sea front, close to the beaches and the town centre with some good restaurants, cafés and shops. We had a few complaints abt noise from outside, and we change all windows in house . It's okay now.
