Καλώς ήρθατε στο ζεστό και φιλόξενο μας σπίτι, ιδανικά τοποθετημένο στο κέντρο του Κοντοπουλίου. Πρόκειται για ένα ευρύχωρο κατάλυμα, ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή παρέες που αναζητούν άνεση, ηρεμία αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ό,τι χρειάζονται.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ώστε να έχετε τα πάντα στα κοντά σας. Αποτελείται από ευρύχωρα,φωτεινά δωμάτια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για να νιώσετε σαν στο σπίτι σας. Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία Κέρος είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα προς την αλυκή και την παραλία Κέρος. Το σπίτι διαθέτει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στην αυλή και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Είναι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από τη θάλασσα και 10 λεπτών από το αεροδρόμιο.

An old, traditional cottage house, fully equipped with all the amenities (air conditioning, smart TV+Netflix, Internet, cooker etc.). It is located in one of the fastest growing villages of Lemnos, Kontopouli, while it is only 4 km away (8 min. by car) from the well known surfers beach Keros. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful yard where you can relax. I will be very happy to host you!

It is located in Varos, a small traditional village in the middle of the island, which makes it a perfect starting point for exploration! Some of the best sandy beaches are close. Keros beach, which is considered the safest beach for kitesurfing in Europe, is just 15 minutes away by car.

Απολαύστε πλήθος δραστηριοτήτων που αφορούν τη θάλασσα, την περιήγηση στη φύση αλλά και την επαφή με την αρχαία ιστορία του νησιού!Το Κοντοπουλι παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια για ήρεμες διακοπές. Το αρχαίο θέατρο της Ηφαιστιας και η παραλία του Κερους είναι μία ανάσα από το χωριό.

Κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και δύο μπάνια. Χρήση κοινοτικού πάρκινγκ σε 50 μέτρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία της Καλλιθέας είναι σε απόσταση 700 μέτρων από το σπίτι.
