We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.

Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
