By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Location, location, location ! Waterfront Log Cabins right by the water. Equipped for up to 8 guests ( one king, one queen and 4 twin extra long beds) but most comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Ideal for families and couples. Equipped with Telus 6 Wi-Fi, fire pit, picnic table, covered decks. A/C Dog friendly ($15 per dog/ per night). *During peak season, starting on June 27 and ending on Sept 4 -weekly rentals only/7 nights minimum, with weeks starting and ending on SATURDAYS.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.
