Apartments Marinici Rijeka - with Private Parking

We are happy to welcome you to our newly renovated apartment in the suburbs of Rijeka, with a large private free parking, only 4 km from the city center and the coast. We are located near the exit from the highway so you will reach the beaches, Opatija or Krk very quickly. This comfortable and clean studio apartment is suitable for a couple with or without children or business travelers, we can also accommodate a third and fourth person on a sofa bed and a fifth on a extra bed in the apartment.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our house is situated on a small hill near to the Cerknica Lake which disappears in the summer but offers an amazing insight into its Karst bed. This had been our family home for 14 years until 2013 when we moved to Germany and we love spending our summers there. For us, it is a perfect retreat from the busy life in a big city and we enjoy the calmness of the unspoiled nature around the house. Please treat it with respect! Community tax must be paid at the property : 1,25 eur/night/person.

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

The newly renovated house with natural materials only, lies in the middle of nature with a view of Cerknica Lake. You can do whatever you want here: read the books, prepare meals directly from the garden, or go to investigate the surroundings. Around and around there are beautiful and unspoiled forests. On the other hand LJUBLJANA is close, SEASIDE is close and you can reach MOUNTAINS within one hour of drive. The house offers everything someone needs to remain in contact with the world.

Leseni šotor v Kampu Beli gaber

Na najvišji terasi v kampu Beli gaber je sklop 3 lesenih šotorov, vsak primeren za 2 osebi. Poimenovali smo jih Tihotapci - Jurij, Nace in Vinko. Gre za filmsko zgodbo, povezano z našimi kraji. Šotori imajo skupno teraso. Zelo primerna nastanitev za skupino parov ali večjo družino, kjer imajo otroci in starši vsak svoj šotor, skupna pa jim je terasa. Dostop z avtom do šotorov ni možen. Parkiranje na parkirišču pod kampom. Šotor ni ogrevan in nima elektrike. V ceni vključena posteljnina.

Modern 2-bed apartment in the center

Modern 2- bed apartment located in the center of Ljubljana. The area is peaceful, but only 10 minute walking distance from the main city square. The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets are provided by me. Note: Transport from and to the airport can be provided for a very reasonable price. Tourist tax paid separately.

Alegra apartments are located just 300m from the city center and main square Korzo. They are in a quiet street away from the city noise. There are numerous caffe bars, markets, restaurants just a few minutes of walk from the apartments. Studio apartments Alegra offer everything you need for longer or short period of stay. They have large bed for 2 people, kitchen, bathroom, free Wi-fi, AC, TV, hair dryer etc. There is a public parking "Školjić" just 200m from the apartments.

Dobrodošli u ugodan i opuštajući studio apartman u kojem ćete napuniti baterije i osjećati se kao kući :) Lokacija je odlična za one koji žele biti blizu centra ( 5 min hoda do Korza), a opet dovoljno udaljeni od gradske buke. U blizini je kulturnih znamenitosti te brojnih kafića, restorana i trgovina. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju stambene zgrade te ima privatan ulaz. Nudi sve potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Vrlo blizu apartmanu nalaze se četiri javna parkinga.

V tem čudovitem in udobnem bivališču boste lahko preživeli nepozabne počitnice na deželi. Hiša je popolnoma prenovljena in opremljena v starejšem slogu z izbranim pohištvom in materiali. V neposredni bližini hiše je manjši obnovljen skedenj s savno, profesionalnim 6D masažnim stolom in sprostitvenim kotičkom, ki ga lahko uredimo kot dodatno peto spalnico. Na parkirišču ob hiši je možna brezplačna uporaba polnilnice za električna vozila, samo za goste hiše.
