Quiet setting in a small road without any through traffic. Right next door is a nice playground for children with table tennis and a small soccer field (hard top).

Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

My spacious and sunny studio apartment has a lot of space up to four people. The king size bed is very comfy and there is a large sleeping couch. There is an elevator in the building so you do not have to walk to the top. Of course you have your private bath room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is Wi-Fi. I also provide bed lines and towels.
