The apartment has a panoramic view of the village and a breathtaking sea view of Naxos Island. The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. Easy access to the traditional market of Parikia, beaches, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

The studio (20m2) is newly renovated in the center of Paroikia. It consists a double bed with a brand new mattress, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a small fridge, TV, A/C, free Wifi and private garden with dinning table. Scooters/bikes/ATVs can be parked in front of the studio on the road.
