This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. It also includes a small, but private, fully fenced backyard. The duplex is very clean and comfortable. Please be aware that this is a city location; traffic noise, including horns and sirens, is to be expected.
