Escape the city and see the stars at this rural hideaway with breathtaking views. Take in the night sky whilst relaxing on the deck or view the morning sunrise from the comfort of being in bed. Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

This is Karma Waters Picton, A travellers haven very peaceful and walking distance to everything Picton has to offer. Your own private entrance leads guests into the bed and breakfast . Bedding configuration main private bedroom with a queen bed, and the lounge area has a leather fold out couch. Guests can relax on the outdoor furniture, and enjoy your own private patio with views. Off street parking right beside your accommodation. No cleaning fee, and Breakfast is included.

The cabin is surrounded by native bush, creating a peaceful base for exploring the Marlborough Sounds.

Waikawa Landing : Self Contained Apartment.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , Microwave, Ninja Air Fryer Pro Xl (roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate) tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Kick back and relax in this new studio apartment with king bed. Lounge in the private furnished outdoor area. Located 5 minutes drive from shops, restaurants and both marinas. Close to bush walks. Has off-street parking with a separate space for a boat etc. Exterior security camera. The apartment is located on one wing of the main house with its own entry. Filtered water throughout the whole dwelling.

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - tea and coffee included. . The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the large deck and outside table - great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.
