Er det klarvær vil det danse på himmelen direkte fra stuevinduet. Mange unike turmål til fots og ved båt som verten kan informere om ved behov og har kart tilgjengelig i huset.

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Apartment in beautiful Grøtfjord

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Perfect apartment for larger groups and family

The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.

Cathedral Lodge

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. Du bor 5 min fra flyplassen, og likevel i naturen. Noen meter fra havet og en elv som renner ut i havet her. Rundt husene kan du oppdage mangel ulike dyr. Rein kommer ofte forbi. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min.
