Spacious, 1 bedroom condo with large living area inside with pull out couch, dining table for 4 people and well equipped kitchen. Balconies with dining table for 6 people, 2 sunlounge chairs, and a second shaded balcony with 2 chairs and small table. Bedroom with king size bed, blackout curtains and ceiling fan. The condo is located on the very top which makes it very private and has a 180 degrees view of lush tropical garden and the Atlantic Ocean Large community pool and 24h security.

Nestled among towering trees and just 20 meters from your private entrance to the Río de Yásica, our 46 m² house offers a harmonious blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. The thoughtfully designed cubic structure maximizes space and comfort, with an open-concept layout that seamlessly integrates the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Large windows offer stunning views of the forest and river, connecting you to the natural world.

Beachfront rustic guest house with picuzzi

This beach guesthouse faces directly Cayenas beach. The villa is 10 min away from Nagua, 30 min from Las Terrenas and 1hr 45min from the airport (SDQ). The villa has a shared backyard with space for outdoor beach entertainment, 2 bedrooms overlooking the beach and shared picuzzi. The kitchen area is on the first floor with separate entrance. Please note there is another villa; however this villa only shares backyard comun area, BBQ and picuzzi. The other villa can be booked separately.

We offer two identical, private casitas, each featuring an open layout with a bed and a pull-out floor sofa. These spaces are ideal for a couple or a family with up to two small children. Please note that the casitas do not have kitchens. However, my parents can provide coffee in the morning or upon request. You may also use the kitchen in the main house to store or heat food by coordinating with them.
