Less than 100m from Réaumur Sébastopol subway station, 10 minutes from Châtelet subway station, Parisian metro hub. The apartment is located on the sixth floor with elevator, in a superb 19th century building. On the boulevard, unobstructed view, very bright thanks to full sun exposure, three velux windows, under the roofs.
