Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Mesilla STR Permit #0830 We've renovated 90-year-old historic structures to create sustainable, environmental friendly spaces with rainwater harvesting, solar energy, electric solar-powered car charger. This renovated adobe casita is the 2nd structure after our main house. The 3rd is a smaller vacation rental called Yucca Casita. We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).

This studio is spacious & comfortable. It is detached, secluded, on a quiet street, ample street parking and completely fenced in. The yard has a ramada with a table, chairs, string lights and a chiminea Inside, you’ll love the exposed adobe, skylight, and wood beam ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen is updated, with full size appliances. In the heart of Armory Park, it is close to 5-points, downtown, historic 4th Ave and Uof A. Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Casita De Cuervo is a beautiful detached casita. This spacious & quiet casita is very close to popular hiking trails and feels remote while being less than 15 minutes from I-25, NMSU, and both hospitals. This home has a full kitchen, king bed, open living room, work nook, bar stool dining, & much more. Dogs are welcome - there is an enclosed side yard with tall walls for your use. Enjoy the sunrise over the Organ Mountains on the back porch and breathtaking sunset views over the city.

Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

The 5-acre site is home to many varieties of cacti, including giant saguaros and other native plants and trees. Through the casita's panoramic windows, you can observe desert vegetation, birds, rabbits, coyotes, bobcats, javelinas, and deer. An evening bath in the jacuzzi under the starry sky will certainly remain in your memory for a long time.

Canyon View Cottage near Portal, AZ

This is a cozy one-room cottage with bath (shower) that comfortably sleeps two on a queen-sized bed. A small refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker (coffee/tea pods, creamer and sugar supplied), dinnerware and microwave allow you to prepare simple meals and picnic lunches for your excursions into the canyon and national forest. The wisteria covered front porch offers a place to kick back/relax with views of the surrounding mountains.
