Over 1500 sq. feet, this 1880's executive loft has been completely renovated and is located one block off Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It boasts 2 great rooms, a bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious primary bathroom, half bath and laundry area. We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, and restaurants.

Our Country Garden Farmhouse

Wake to quiet birdsong, enjoy a sunrise stroll, or savor coffee by the pond. Spend afternoons exploring nearby attractions or stay onsite for a friendly match of tennis. As evening falls, fire up the grill or unwind by the fully stocked fire pit. In winter, cozy up by the fire or relax in the sunroom. Whether you’re seeking peaceful seclusion or an activity-filled escape, this property is designed to let you move at your own pace. We’re always available to ensure your stay is comfortable.

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Lottie's: Huberts Parsonage: Spacious, on Route 66

Cozy one-room stay on Historic Route 66 between Carthage and Springfield. Features a king bed, two couches, dining table, kitchenette (Keurig, microwave, fridge), Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and tub/shower. Complimentary breakfast items provided in the room. Washer/dryer available on request. There is also an adjoining room available to rent. We are located about 15 min from any major stores or larger towns. Please note: some road noise is expected due to our Route 66 location.

Welcome to Erin's House! This wooded, peaceful family home is located 1 minute off I-44, only 30 minutes from Springfield or Joplin and 1 hour to Branson. Wake up with a complimentary coffee or tea, sit on the back porch swing and relax looking over the picturesque green fields that cover the 100 acres this countryside oasis sits on. Enjoy the sound of the Ozarks, take a walk through the water garden and relax in front of the expansive wood burning fireplace.

Stirling, a spacious 5-bedroom farmhouse (sleeps 17,) on 60 beautiful, Ozark acres, offers opportunities to explore, play in the creek, or just sit on the deck and relax! As of, August, 2025, Thirties & the Milk House are Cottages on our property which are both currently rented full-time, but that can change, so feel free to ask!
