Villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, a kitchen, a reading room and a TV lounge, a covered terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. An outdoor lounge area and ultra-comfortable sun loungers are set up around the pool. Numerous board and outdoor games and a hammock are available.

Cotignac est un village provençal réputé, à 1 heure d'Aix et de Marseille, des plages de la côte varoise ou de la côte bleue, et à 30 min. des gorges du Verdon et de ses lacs. English spoken.

This accommodation for 4 people (but can accommodate up to 6) of 100m2 has two suites with bathroom, a room equipped with an infrared sauna and a bathtub. You can also enjoy the large terrace with summer kitchen (worktop, plancha and sink)
