IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! One dog is permitted per room, no cats. Thank you for understanding.

We are excited to invite you to our recently renovated studio apartment in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The location is peaceful and remote but only six miles to Interstate 93 and within twenty- five minutes of Plymouth, Lincoln, and Waterville Valley. The stand-alone apartment with private entrance is located above the garage which has its own deck overlooking the spacious backyard. This is a great base camp for all the adventures that the Western White Mountains have to offer!

The Concordian - Walk to White Park, Downtown, UNH

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

This uniquely designed suite is perfect for an individual or couple wanting to escape into the country but still be within an easy driving distance to local sites.

2nd Cute Apartment on Quiet Street

Spacious 2nd floor apartment with private entrance, full kitchen, living room and screened in porch in quiet, safe neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, and one block to Lake Winnisquam. More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. There is a $15.00 charge per night for each extra guest.

HOT TUB & Patio Retreat ~10 Mins to Gunstock Ski

10-min walk to the lake!! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This is a single unit within 4 units, 3 are used for short term rental, located on a quiet neighborhood. The unit has capacity for 3 Guests. This unit has a private backyard where you can enjoy your BBQ and HOT TUB. Enjoy hiking, mountains, beaches and other local attractions in the Lakes Region.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.
