All amenities at 2 minute and 3 ski lifts within a few minutes walk. Check in/out is from Sunday to Sunday in principal in winterseason and Saturday to Saturday in summer. Appartement lumineux, situé dans le quartier du Lavachet à 2100 m d'altitude, desservi par les navettes gratuites. Balcon exposé plein sud avec vue sur le célèbre glacier de la Grande Motte. La résidence est située à 50m des commerces (superette, boulangerie, location de matériel, restaurants, caisses forfaits de ski en hiver etc.) L'accès aux pistes de ski se trouve à 100m et le retour à la résidence peut s'effectuer skis aux pieds (de décembre à mai). Le logement dispose d'un casier à ski.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.
