Welcome to our upscale beach retreat! You'll fall in love with our charming home, private pool, and the 3-minute walk to the beach! We also provide lightning-fast wifi, a quiet workspace, an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and sleeping arrangements for 14 guests. This home is an 8-minute drive to Pier Park and just 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. This standalone studio cottage is all yours; parking, entrance, etc. Long driveway & safe neighborhood well suited if you are hauling a boat, trailer, jet ski, etc. Very quiet area.
