Kick back & relax to the sound of the birds in this calm, secluded space overlooking the meadows & hills. Located in the beautiful hamlet of Bari at an altitude of 2,000m, we've painstakingly renovated a traditional mountain house & cow shed to create a warm, comfortable & stylish homestay using only natural & recycled materials. Divided into 3 separate units totalling 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 large verandas & cosy workspaces, there's ample space to accommodate couples & families.

Arth | A Heritage Homestay (Entire Home)

Perched atop a quaint hill, this house recently celebrated its 76 years. It is a traditional Himachali refurbished with modern interiors, still having the essence of archaic life. Do proceed to book if: - You are comfortable hiking for 20mins on an uphill jeep track, as the property is not accessible by car. - If you love mountain getaways & unreal sunsets at a secluded abode. Please note, it's a self managed property & we do have a few payable add-ons for cooking arrangements & bonfires.

Muddy-Tales I Your cob home

Overlooking green valley. Muddytales is one of its own kind, unique village Eco cob house experience in Bir (Himachal) We call it by that name as it has a lot of stories attached to how this was built and what made us to this. The soil bricks came from, all the twigs who contributed to hold those bricks together. We invite you to cherish your own kind of experience in a simple village Cob house with its own earthen smell. Mitti Ghar

A retreat from the hustle bustle of life, Mitti Ghar is made with the idea of unwinding and finding peace within nature. A traditional two-storey mud house, it is located in Keori, near Bir, Himachal Pradesh. A space to bring about creativity in a writer, comfort for an exhausted soul, and a place for introspection and surrendering, Mitti Ghar is to be used as a way to step out of luxury and connect with the earthen structure, while respecting the mud house and it's surrounding nature. ​ ​

Art Village - Attic Room in Natural Kathkuni House

We are ART(Adaptive Rural Tourism), a village based design community. The life here is slow, and getting here involves bumpy rides. But if you seek a sanctuary of peace & tranquillity, an escape from the urban then this is the place for you. We are housed in an indigenous Kathkuni style building with sprawling courtyards & gardens. Our hamlet overlooks the magnificent Kullu valley & has unhindered panoramic views of Snow Peaks Ideal place to experience village life. Breakfast included!

Birdsong Homestay

We are a family run homestay. As guests, you can also have access to our kitchen and/or ask fresh home cooked meals whatever is being made for the family (which will be charged). On request, guests are also welcome to use the washing machine in our house - depending on availability/feasibilty.

We reside on the ground floor of the main building, which also has a kitchen and common spaces perfect for relaxing, working, or meditating. Hombucha ~ Mud house with modern amenities

Nestled in the quaint village of Gunehar, one can access this house by a 2 minute climb from a motorable road. This 50 year old house has been renovated recently and equipped with modern facilities like water heater, a fridge and a washing machine. Bask in the winter sun and stargaze at night from the front yard. One can cook meals in the kitchen using local veggies grown around the house or order meals cooked in the kitchen of a local family.

Mudhouse~Earth Room @herennow

Enjoy the sounds of the river and forests around while staying at this rustic and vintage feel Mudhouse. Located in the village of Katagla, Parvati Valley, this place brings out the best of a classic and boutique stay experience for our guests in the mountains. We have two common washrooms outside the room as it is traditional built to experience mountains in their raw. We also have an in-house cafe, where you can order amazing food :)
