Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bathroom.

Located at the end of a quarter mile driveway on a 60 acre oasis in the heart of Shelburne, the Barn has ski on ski off access to a groomed private cross country trail network, a swimming pond, views of the Adirondacks & Green Mtns and is 100% powered by solar energy. The Barn has a completely renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, brand new queen & king mattresses, and a pull out couch (perfect for kids) We live next door & look forward to hosting you!

Cottontail Cottage - SAUNA & Nature

Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. (The sauna is available by reservation to ensure your privacy.)

This newly built modern rustic mother-in-law private cottage offers a convenient place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

Situated just off the causeway bike path, you'll have access to miles of biking and walking trails. Downtown Burlington is just a 15-minute drive away.

We are 25 mins to Mad River Glen, Bolton Valley and Burlington (Lake Champlain beaches) and 15 mins to Sleepy Hollow Ski and Bike Center, Camel's Hump Nordic Ski Area, Frost Brewery and Stone Corral. Enjoy complete privacy and peaceful surroundings of nature with the full amenities of a home.

Lovely, light filled guest house built in 2019. Situated on 12 acre property with lovely views, starry night sky, great biking, hiking and x-country skiing from the cottage. Adjacent to Raven Ridge Natural Area with short hike offering beautiful views of the valley and Lake Champlain. Hinesburg, Bristol and Vergennes are 10-20 minutes, 30 minutes to Burlington and Middlebury. 2 hours to Montreal.
