We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Firehouse One was the first Fire Station to operate in the city way back in 1891. This stylish ground level flat at Firehouse One was built in 2022. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. Our home is a nice quiet retreat. It is a lower level large 2 bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance. There is on 27.5 private acres to explore with a mile trail and Stanley Creek running thru the property. It has 1/4 mile driveway, very private, comfortable space. There is wildlife about. It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.

This beautiful suite is the prime location right downtown walking distance to bars, eateries, Cops and Doughnuts, shops, rails for trails, parks and the movie theater! Fit for two but spacious enough for a small family, the East Room has a queen size bed, leather sofa, small table and kitchen, and beautiful bathroom. Look out the picture window for a view of main street Clare. We are 17 minutes form the casino and CMU.

Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport.
