Nestled amongst a bank of old grain bins, lies a gem of the prairies. It takes you back to a time when this country was settled and many settlers started out their homesteads in a grain bin. This one marries the past with a bit of a flair and provides a nice little Hidden Homestead on the prairies. This off grid cabin has solar power, water and an outhouse. propane stove, heater, bbq outside and fire pit, no fridge, bring a cooler. Shower facilities are available at the main house between 7-9.

Cozy One Room Schoolhouse on the Prairie

This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Wrap yourself up in one of our vintage handmade quilts, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy unobstructed views of neighbouring fields. Saskatchewan is touted as the “Land of Living Skies’, and there’s no better place to see the most amazing sunsets, stars and Northern Lights. Enjoy soaking in your private hot tub while star gazing or looking out over a vast valley.

Very private, newly built cabin tucked into a prairie coulee. You will quickly forget you are only minutes away from the city. Prepare an evening meal with your well equipped kitchen. Watch the sunrise on the large wrap around deck. Private seasonal only outdoor shower! OUTDOOR SHOWER IS CLOSED NOW FOR 2025. There are many acres of yard to explore as well. You really will have many of the comforts of home in a place like no other! Great place to relax! The cabin has cell service but no wifi.
