My home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood East of the famous Strip and I can't wait for you to enjoy it! My pool area was on the reality show "90 Day Fiance, Happily Ever After"! 15 minutes to the Strip(about 3.5 miles).Bus stop is close and direct to the Strip (Fremont too)! No children or pets, thanks I have my own! If you don't like/are scared of dogs do not book here- there are dogs! You’ll enjoy my relaxing back yard.Pool is not heated and is best May-Oct.. Common areas like the kitchen, living, dining, and laundry room ($) as well as the backyard are open for guests. You will have great experience at this centrally located place. The Eastern Room

My home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and groups of friends. With a comfortable queen bed, the Eastern Room is private with a keyed lock. There is a full bathroom upstairs and for emergencies, there is a bathroom located off the kitchen. We have a large, secure property with room for extended trailers so you can head downtown with peace-of-mind. Construction began on the lot next-door, January 25, 2025. There will be daytime noise.

Shared house your room is private all other areas are shared... Being a shared house it is not Quiet here look elsewhere if you want quiet...Get away from all the craziness of the strip or Fremont downtown but close enough to take Uber or Lyft to those destination... We offer garage parking for motorcycles at no charge... Soft water and shark air purifier fresh towels and linen key entry to bedroom... I have a small Yorkie named Buddy he is hypoallergenic dog so no shedding.
