Come wake up to birds singing, looking out your windows to a nice deep water canal view. The canal leads to Lake Hatchineha (great fishing). TVs in every room. Fully loaded kitchen; private entrance. There is a porch, laundry and deck area shared with one other apt. Free laundry . We are 45 min from MCO(airport) 45 min from Disney and 15 minutes to Legoland. Bok Towers is a unique park that is 18 miles away. Star gazing and bicycling or fishing. Pets $35 per trip with a fenced in area for them.

Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.
