Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

This central Texas, hidden gem is the perfect spot for an affordable family getaway or romantic weekend. Deer-watch and star-gaze from our large balconey. Relax or play on our sand beach. Build your best sandcastle! Beautifully serene in our off seasons, which is my personal favorite time to be there but we love it when it's busy too! Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock...really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

This waterfront condo is located in a private gated section of Horseshoe Bay just behind the Yacht Club, walking distance to Horseshoe Bay Resort (members only). It's the perfect getaway to spend time on the lake with family or friends. With 12 boat day slips and a new dock, you can pull your boat right up to the building for easy access to the condo. It’s also a perfect spot to fish right off the dock and swim in the constant level lake. Great neighbors who are friendly and welcoming.
